When an appointment is scheduled, an approximate window of time is allotted for the requested repairs. Same day service is available based on availability. Upon arrival and subsequent the inspection, Odd Job Bob will inform you if he believes the job will take more/less time. All times are estimates, so for planning purposes, please allow at least one hour beyond the scheduled window for work.

If a repair is beyond his scope, he will refer the client to a trusted associate.

Occasionally, depending on the size of the job, an additional person may be brought in to assist Bob on a “two-person” task.

Clients will always be informed beforehand and have the option to decline additional workers.

There may be extra charges for materials, parts, or additional staffing support needed to complete a job. All costs will be discussed before proceeding.

 Travel time to and from a local store for parts will be billed at the standard hourly rate. When possible, it’s best to have necessary parts on hand before the visit.

No. The complimentary safety check includes an inspection and recommendations only. Materials such as handrails, non-slip strips, clear pathway aids, smoke detectors, batteries, GFI electrical outlets, and other safety upgrades are not included and may require an additional fee if purchased and installed.

Yes. All work completed is guaranteed for 30 days. Any materials used may also be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
